Since February 2001, Alex has overseen project management and
general
operations at the PWI Moscow Development and Training Center.
Alex has extensive experience
with software development, system integration and technical
project management. He is an expert in C, C++ and Java programming
and the
Windows NT, and Novell Netware environments.
Alex has participated in numerous
information technology initiatives for leading
international communications, manufacturing and technology
services companies
developing workflow, accounting and messaging applications.
Alex is certified in
the following relevant technologies: Microsoft Certified Professional,
Microsoft
Certified System Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
A PWI Programming Director since 2000 and Senior Developer since
1993, Mr. Sergeyev has participated in all levels of software
design, development and integration. He holds significant
expertise and experience is messaging, information security
and analytic technologies. He earned his Masters in Computer
Science and Applied Mathematics from Moscow State
University in 1992 and holds a Certified Professional
designation from Microsoft.
Mr. Stolbov is
an expert in the creation of e-business and advanced software
systems. He has overseen software development initiatives
for some of the world’s leading technology, communications
and financial services companies. Mr. Stolbov has conducted
system architecture and programming activities at PWI’s Development
Center since 1993.
Mr. Stolbov earned
his Masters degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics
from Moscow State University in 1992.
