Mr. Salvato brings to PWI and
its clients extensive executive management experience in both the financial
services and technology sectors. In 1993, he foresaw great promise for
technological contribution from Russia's business and
scientific communities. Drawing on
his experience as a founder and principal of two financial services firms, Mr.
Salvato coordinated support and various stages of venture financing for
Russian technology transfer and information technology initiatives, including
PWI.
In 1999, he was appointed the dual role of
Chairman and CEO for PWI and
conceived of and led the launch of Privacyware, an innovative provider of web
application firewall, Windows security, and security data analytics
software, where he currently serves as CEO. In
addition to his day-to-day operations responsibilities, Mr. Salvato drives the
company's thought leadership activities and serves as the company's chief
spokesperson.
In various capacities, Mr.
Salvato actively supports several early stage businesses.
Mr. Salvato is co-founder and director of QuanComm, a
provider of "cloud" business management and payment processing solutions and
served on the board of electronic transaction
and funds management services provider, Internet Transaction Solutions, Inc.
from 1999 until its 2007 acquisition by Online Resources Corp. (Nasdaq:
ORCC).
He is a published author and a graduate of The Ohio State University
and a member of the ISSA and IEEE.

Since February 2001, Alexey has overseen project management and general operations at the PWI Moscow Development Center. Alexey has extensive experience with software development, system integration and technical project management. He is an expert in C, C++ and Java programming.
Alexey has participated in numerous information technology initiatives for leading international communications, manufacturing and technology services companies developing workflow, accounting and messaging applications. Alexey is certified in the following relevant technologies: Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified System Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate.
Dr. Malkov is a recognized, international scientist and Chief Technology Officer of 5Nine Software, Inc. He is a leading expert in non-linear mathematics and is co-founder of the Department of Non-linear Dynamic Analysis and the I&C Laboratory at Moscow State University. Dr. Malkov has managed a number of high-level mathematical modeling project in physics, mechanics, and control theory in the United States and Europe dealing with a wide spectrum of requirements including: seismological inverse problems, numerical analysis, and flight control. He has overseen the development of dozens of commercial software packages and authored more than 30 scientific articles.
He is a former full professor of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at Moscow State University and received Ph.D.s in Mathematics and Computer Science from that institution in 1986.
Mr. Massey is Board Chairman of
CallTech, a leading outsource customer service and call management services
provider focused on servicing customers in the Internet and electronic
commerce industries, including CompuServe, Priceline, BellSouth, WorldCom,
Cable & Wireless, Abercrombie & Fitch and Universal Studios. He was
President and Chief Executive Officer of CompuServe from 1995 to 1997. Prior
to serving as CompuServe’s CEO, he directed CompuServe’s Network Services
Division from 1991 through 1997. He also held numerous executive positions
with the firm over a twenty-year period in various sales, marketing and
general management, plus served on the company’s Board of Directors during
the period 1991 through 1997. Bob previously was a sales manager with the IBM
Corporation, Control Data Corporation, now known as Ceridian. He is a graduate
of Holy Cross College, Worcester, Massachusetts and has an MBA from Syracuse
University. Aside from PWI, he serves on the Boards of Directors of TELLnGO,
an "alerts" middleware software company; Internet Transaction
Solutions, a receivables management services company; and TattleTale Alarm
Systems, a cellular based security systems company.
