PWI was selected by United Messaging to
design and build a Web-based Administration system in
support of United Messaging hosted Microsoft Exchange 2000
solutions. The tool enables United Messaging and their
clients to provision and manage users and accounts, customer
contacts, distribution groups, active directory, and user
groups. The system includes comprehensive billing system
integration, reporting and a statistical analysis, and bulk
account import modules. The application will allow United
Messaging to more effectively deploy and manage Microsoft
Exchange hosted solutions for its rapidly expanding
portfolio of enterprise clientele.

only truly web-based administration solution for Exchange
2000. It includes advanced components for flexible
integration of best of breed billing systems as well as a
sophisticated, native reporting and analysis module. In
addition, the application can be rapidly customized to meet
