As a clear front runner in outsourced, Internet based e-mail services, adding formal campaign management and electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) served the evolving demands of the messageREACH client base. It was a logical extension and enhancement to messageREACH’s existing portfolio of offerings.

PWI was selected to assist Xpedite in the development of an Internet-based service to provide end-to end Campaign Management. The application included a plethora of powerful featured including database management and analysis, list management, report management, and scheduling. The system is tightly aligned with messageREACH’s current electronic information distribution platforms and a professional services organization that manages the process together with clients.
