PWI Announces Formation of Advisory Board.

September 6, 2000 - Messaging Services Leaders Tapped for PWI Messaging Solutions Strategy -

PWI, a business-to-business provider of software innovations and scalable software development services today announced the formation of a strategic Advisory Board. The Mission of the Board is to analyze The Company's current strategies and evaluate the impact of popular and emerging trends in technology on those strategies.

"We believe that significant value to The Company can be derived from engaging a group of seasoned professionals to review and comment on The Company's current direction and capabilities in light of marketplace trends," commented Greg Salvato, PWI CEO. "The markets we serve are evolving and converging at an exceptional rate. We believe no successful firm can operate without the diverse perspective of a Board comprised of such professional caliber."

Appointments to the Advisory Board include: Henry Bayard; Vice President, Product Management, Mail.com, Leonard Gangi; Vice President, Product Management, United Messaging, Nick Gennaro; Product Manager, AT&T Business Messaging Services, AT&T Data & Internet Services, and Joe Merces; Director, Product Development, Xpedite.

PWI has provided messaging development services since 1995 to clients including Bank of America, FedEx, Staples, State Street Bank as well as leading messaging and e-service providers including AT&T, United Messaging, Internet Transaction Solutions, LanSoft (Mail.com), Bell Canada and Xpedite.

Commenting on his appointment, Joe Merces, Director of Product Development, Xpedite, stated, "In my fifteen years in the messaging services industry, I can honestly say that I have never experienced a more capable or creative development team than PWI. I am honored and excited by the prospects of working with the management of PWI to discover additional opportunities and refine appropriate strategies to exploit those opportunities."
