implementation of a state-of-the-art Web Administration
Application for Microsoft Exchange 2000 to United Messaging,
Inc., a leading messaging solutions provider.
The new proprietary
application, which was built by PWI under the direction of
United Messaging, is called “Messaging Management Center.”
With it, United Messaging and its clients can co-administer
e-mail. Clients whose e-mail is hosted by United Messaging can
go online to provision and manage users and accounts, customer
contacts, distribution groups, active directory, and user
groups as well as make changes, moves, and deletes themselves,
using an intuitive web interface.
The new system also includes
comprehensive billing system integration, reporting,
statistical analysis, and bulk account import modules. The
application also enables United Messaging to enhance its
deployment and management of Microsoft Exchange hosted
solutions for its rapidly expanding portfolio of enterprise
clients.
